This Sunday, 16th October, we celebrate World Food Day!

It's an International day to commemorate the date of the founding of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, also known as FAO, in the year 1945.

And one may wonder, what is FAO? The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations is an international organization that leads international efforts to defeat hunger and improve nutrition and food security.

Join us in this special day, to recognize the important role of this Organization and its impact in our society !

On the Friday 21st October, the volunteers of PRAXIS celebrated an international dinner. Each one cooked and brought dishes from their own country: Portugal, Germany, France, Spain and italy!

But not only! Everyone who came brought typical greek dishes, moussaka, pita, greek salad & everything was delicious !

A special thank you to each one of you who came! You made a dinner into a party
