Το πρόγραμμα καλύπτει πλήρως τη διαμονή και τη διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων
ενώ επιστρέφονται και έως 275 ευρώ από τα έξοδα ταξιδίου

The training course is the 1st international activity of the project: „Empower Entrepreneurial Spirit“ which will take place in Olsztynek, in Poland .
Arrival is on the 7th of September and departure on the 15th of September 2016.
In the project will participate 30 youth workers, volunteers and youth leaders from 10 countries: Poland, Croatia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Spain, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Croatia, and Italy.
The main goal of the project is to emphasise importance of education on social entrepreneurship and empowering entrepreneurial spirit among young people by introducing participants with methods such as effective communication, creative thinking, conflict resolution, and team work. One among interesting themes is dedicated to how to develop and successfully manage a social enterprise.
Participation fee: There will be 25 Euro of participation fee per participant.
The objectives of the project are:
• to develop new skills and competences of youth workers on creative thinking, effective communication, and social entrepreneurship;
• To share good practices on social entrepreneurship between partner organizations and countries involved as a source of inspiration for partner organizations,
• to develop personal and professional competences of youth workers, using the methods learnt, and being able to act as multipliers,
• to enhance capacity of partner organizations in sense of social entrepreneurship,
• to create a practical guide comprising methods and advices on empowering entrepreneurial spirit that youth workers can use in their further work;
• To raise awareness about the importance of social entrepreneurship education among partner organisations and widely in local communities,
• To strengthen partnership and create trustful net of transnational cooperation in the field of Youth under Erasmus + Programme, and in order to improve the quality in future projects;
A1 - Training Course in Olsztynek, Poland,
From 7st till 15th of September 2016 (including travel days)
Participants: 30 (3 youth workers from each country)
A –Local Activities of the participants to be implemented by the participants in their organizations/local communities after the 1st TC:
1. lead 3 (2-3 hours long) workshops for group of young people based on the scenario created during the training course in Poland
2. conduct 3 interviews with successful local entrepreneurs
A2 - Seminar in Zagreb, Croatia,
From 24th to 31st of March 2017 (including travel days)
Participants: 30 (3 youth workers from each country)
WORKING METHODS used during both events will be based on principles of non-formal education, with active involvement of the participants: team building, good practices evaluation, activities and methodologies, group work on handbook design, study visit, world café, business plan for social enterprise, evaluation, etc.
IMPORTANT! The same participants will take part in both project activities.
